Hello friends and family! Sorry for all the distance between posts, I am feverishly working on the new website, new blog, new promo materials and trying to still get caught up from all the wonderful festivities. Life is short, but sweet for certain... a good friend said that once, goes by the name Dave, and it is oh so true. Christmas was absolutely wonderful for the beau and me. We gained a new member to the family, goes by Caesar, and his wrinkles will melt the very corridors of your soul. Pictures to come. But for now... here is Melissa.

Fabulously Late Session with Brooke + Chase

This session should have been blogged a few weeks ago... but I just jumped the gun and showed the couple all of them before blogging it... Now it is your turn to see them :) This session with Brooke and Chase took place the week after the return from the honeymoon. It was so great to hang out with them!! I loved this session. I was born and raised out in the country so any opportunity I have to climb a fence to shoot a session- I am game. Not to mention having to dodge the bulls and playing in the hay. It was awesome. Now just a matter of time til the babies come for these two... and I personally can't wait :) Thanks to both of you. Ya'll are seriously awesome!! I LOVE working with you!!

I think this is may possibly be my longest engagement blog... haha... I just couldn't decided... and I still have some that I want to upload, but I guess they will wait for the NEW website... yep... I am getting a new one, it is coming, I promise (and I apologize for no updates on the current one) Look for it around Christmas!!

Anyways, Hilary and Brian, I obviously LOVE LOVE your session. The locations couldn't have been better. I officially love photographing Tupelo. Hilary I cannot wait for the bridal session. It is going to rock. Then the wedding... wow... I am excited. I hope you love your photos as much as I do. Thanks!!

Whew wee... this was a cold day.. haha... Thank both of you for staying close to each other and loving each other, it not only helped with warmth but it showed so much love in your photos. It was nice to finally meet you Mel, and I am glad we can both stand this year and be proud of our teams.... Roll Tide!!!

Today, my husband, the love of my life turned 25!!!! Wes you are amazing. You are the kindest, good hearted person I know. Thank you for being my very best friend! I hope the next year is as good as the last.

Jennifer & Joel

Wes and I thought this wedding was never going to get here... haha... we were SO excited. Gatlinburg Wedding. Whoo hoo!!! Jennifer and Joel invited us to share Halloween with them for their rehearsal dinner.... we first met the guests in very elaborate costumes.. it was hilarious. Thank ya'll so much for taking us in and truly making us feel apart of the group. We loved loved meeting you and spending this special day with you. It was beautiful. I can't wait to hopefully get to work with you again in the future.
